Nendrabale banana/ Pazham Pori fritters . ( Kerala banana besan fries )
  • Nendrabale banana – 2  (not too ripe)
  • Gram flour /Besan - 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 th tsp 
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp 
  • salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying

 Method 
Chop the banana lenghtwise or as round coins .keep aside. 

In a bowl mix together Besan, , turmeric powder , cumin seeds ,  salt n water to make a thick batter with a dropping consistency. Mix it well till all lumps are gone. 

Dip the slices of banana in the batter and coat it very well with the batter. 

Heat oil in a kadai n  put the batter coated slices in the hot oil n fry on both sides till crisp .
