Avocado Dosa

Avocado Dosa 
  • Dosa Rice- 3 cups 
  • Urid dhal-1 cup 
  • Avacado-2 ripe 
  • salt to taste 

Method
Soak rice n urid dhal for 4 hours n grind it to a fine paste .. add salt n ferment overnight .
Next day morning ... peel the avocado n puree it .. mix this puree to the fermented batter ... 

Heat a dosa pan .. smear oil n spread a ladle full batter evenly n roast on both sides.

serve hot with chutney .
