Capsicum chutney
- Capsicum -2 medium
- Green chillies-1
- Dry Red chillies-2
- Chana Dhal-3 tsp
- Hing /Asafoetida-2 pinch
- Coriander leaves-3 tsp
- Tamarind -Tamarind seed size
- oi-1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Seasoning
- oil-1 tsp
- Mustard seeds-1 tsp
- Urid dhal-1 tsp
Method
In a kadai add oil, hing, chanadhal, green chilly, red chillies, coriander leaves, chopped capsicum ..cool n grind it along with tamarind n salt to a fine paste.
Give the seasoning
