  • Hara Choliya/ Soppu Kadale/ Fresh Green Chana ..3 cup's 
  • Oil ...1 tblsp 
  • Hing/ Asafoetida ..Generous Pinch 
  • Cumin Seeds..1/2 tsp
  • Onion ....1 large chopped 
  • Green Chilly ..2 chopped 
  • Onion ..1 Huge
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ..1 tsp
  • Red Chilly Powder ..1 tsp 
  • Turmeric Powder ...1/4 th tsp
  • Coriander Powder..1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Powder..1 tsp
  • Curd -1-1/2 cup 
  • Garam Masala powder ..1/2 tsp 
  • Chopped coriander leaves ,,, 1 tblsp 
  • Salt to taste 


Method
Wash n Pressure cook Fresh green chana just for a whistle or can even cook in a vessel adding water . 

In a kadai add oil , add cumin seeds n hing ... stir for few seconds . Add chopped onion n fry till transparent , add chopped green chilly , Ginger Garlic Paste n stir again for few seconds . Add red chilly , turmeric  , coriander n cumin powder's ..stir for a minute . Add curds n stir well .add salt n cooked fresh green chana along with little water and garam Masala Powder n cook for few mts .

 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves .
