- Hara Choliya/ Soppu Kadale/ Fresh Green Chana ..3 cup's
- Oil ...1 tblsp
- Hing/ Asafoetida ..Generous Pinch
- Cumin Seeds..1/2 tsp
- Onion ....1 large chopped
- Green Chilly ..2 chopped
- Onion ..1 Huge
- Ginger Garlic Paste ..1 tsp
- Red Chilly Powder ..1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ...1/4 th tsp
- Coriander Powder..1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder..1 tsp
- Curd -1-1/2 cup
- Garam Masala powder ..1/2 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves ,,, 1 tblsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Wash n Pressure cook Fresh green chana just for a whistle or can even cook in a vessel adding water .
In a kadai add oil , add cumin seeds n hing ... stir for few seconds . Add chopped onion n fry till transparent , add chopped green chilly , Ginger Garlic Paste n stir again for few seconds . Add red chilly , turmeric , coriander n cumin powder's ..stir for a minute . Add curds n stir well .add salt n cooked fresh green chana along with little water and garam Masala Powder n cook for few mts .
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves .
