Pendaro Talasani

Pendaro Talasani 
  • Pendaro ..12 to 15 
  • Oil..1 tblsp 
  • Garlic Flakes ..1 pod whole ( Crushed ) 
  • Dry Red Chilly .. 4 to 5 (Torn )
  • Salt to taste .


Method
Wash the pendaro , peel the skin n slice them thin . Apply salt n keep aside for a while 

In a kadai add oil n add crushed garlic flakes n roast till reddish brown . Add torn dry red chilly n stir for few seconds . Add the Thinly sliced pendaro , mix  n cook till soft . stir in between to avoid burning .
