Ukde Peja, Maati Gulla Hing Talasani Adding Ambado n Roasted Happolu 

Matti Gulla Talasani with Ambado   ( Seasonal  Mlorean Round Green Brinjal . stir fry with Sour Hog Plum  )
  • Matti Gulla/Seasonal Mlorean round Green brinjal ... 2 
  • Sour Hog Plum's  .. 2 

Seasoing 
  • Oil-  1 tblsp 
  • Mustard seeds-1 tsp
  • Hing/Asafoetida- Generous amount
  • Red chilly powder-2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste ,

Method
Wash n chop the matti gulla into 2 inch pieces .

Wash n slightly crush the sour hog plum's  .


In a kadai add oil, splutter mustard seeds, add in hing, chilly powder n chopped matti gulla along with salt n crushed sour hog plum, little water ...stir in between .
