- Potatoes ...3
- Kasuri Methi /Dried Fenugreek Leaves ... 1 tblsp heaped
- Ajwain seeds / carom seeds ... 1/2 tsp
- Oil ..2 tsp
- Green Chilly ...3 to 4 ( Chopped )
- Turmeric Powder..1/4 th tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Wash n pressure cook potatoes , cool n peel the skin n chop into 2 inch cubes Heat oil in a kadai add ajwain n stir for few seconds ..add chopped green chilly n stir again for few seconds ... Add cooked cubed potatoes , turmeric powder , crushed kasuri methi n salt ... Mix well n cook for few minutes till all the ingredients coats well .
