 Pumpkin Tawa Rawa Fries , Instant Batate Songa /Potatoes Spicy Masala Instant Rice Rawa Drumstick Leaves Sanna Muddo


Pumpkin Tawa Rawa Fries 
  • Pumpkin -1/4 th kg 
  • Red chilly powder-2 tsp 
  • Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • Rice flour - 2 tsp 
  • Hing /Asafoetida- 2 pinch 
  • Semolina /Rawa - 4 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
Method 
Wash n peel the tough skin of Pumpkin n slice them thin . 

In a bowl add the sliced pumpkin pieces, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, rice flour , hing n salt .. mix well . 

Run the marinated pumpkin pieces over rawa . 

Heat a tawa , smear little oil n shallow fry on both sides till crisp.


Instant Batate Songa /Potatoes Spicy  Masala

  • Potatoes ..3 medium 
  • Onion ..1 huge
  • Oil ..1 tblsp
  • Red chilly Powder ..2 tsp heaped
  • Coriander powder ..1 tsp
  • Tamarind ..Goose berry size
  • Salt to taste



Method
Wash n pressure cook potatoes ... cool, remove the skin n chop into 2 inch pieces

Soak tamarind in little water for about 20 mts . Squeeze it well n retain the thick water . 

Chop Onion

In a kadai add oil n add in chopped onion n fry till reddish brown .. Add red chilly powder , coriander powder n stir for few seconds ..Add the thick tamarind water , salt , boiled chopped potatoes n mix well cooking for few mts . 



Instant Rice Rawa Drumstick Leaves Sanna Muddo
  • Rice Rawa ...1 cup
  •  Drumstick leaves ... 2 cup's ( washed )
  • Grated coconut ..2 cup's
  • Roasted dry red chilly...6
  • Tamarind Tamarind seed size
  • Salt to taste

Method
Wash the rice rawa n soak it in enough water for about 1/2 an hour .. after an hour drain it ... 

Grind the grated  coconut, roasted dry  red chillies,  tamarind to a  fine paste with little water.

Add this ground paste in a bowl, salt , washed drumstick leaves , soaked drained rice rawa n mix well . The consistency should be thick like idly batter ... keep aside for 10 mts .

Boil water in a steamer n Grease a round vessel  , pour the batter in it 3/4 th the  level  n steam for 15 to 20 mts . 

 Cut them to desired shape n eat with oil on top ...
