Ukde seeth, Kadgi  koddel , Batate Happolu, Beans Upkari , Tomato Onion  Gojju n Mango Slice 

Kadgi  koddel ( Raw Jack fruit cooked in coconut based gravy  ) 

  • Raw Jack fruit pieces - 1 cup 

To grind 

  • Grated coconut- 1 cup 
  • Roasted dry red chillies - 4 to 6 
  • Tamarind -Tamarind seed size 
  • Salt to taste 


Seasoning 

  • Oil-2 tsp 
  • Crushed Garlic flakes - 6 



Method 
Wash the jack fruit pieces . 

In a vessel add the chopped raw jack fruit pieces along with little water n boil well till tender .

Grind all the ingredients meant to grind to a fine paste .

Add the ground paste to the cooked stuffs n boil again . 

In a pan add oil n crushed garlic flakes n roast well till brownish red n pour this to the cooked gravy n mix well .  



Beans Upkari/Beans Stir fry 
  • Tender French Beans- 1/4 th kg  
  • Oil- 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Dry red chillies- 3 or according to the taste .
  • Grated coconut- 1 tblsp 
  • Salt to taste 

Method 
Wash Beans n Chop Beans 

In a kadai add oil, splutter mustard seeds n add torn dry red chillies , add the chopped vegetable n then little water along with salt . Cover n cook till done ..Add grated coconut , mix well .


Tomato Onion Gojju 
  • Tomato-2 
  • Onion - 1 
  • Curds-1/2 cup  
  • Green chillies- 2 
  • Salt to taste 
Seasoning 
  • Oil-1 tsp 
  • Mustard seeds-1 tsp
  • Hing -a pinch 
  • Curry leaves- 1 sprig 
Method 
Chop tomatoes n onions . To it add chopped green chillies, curds n salt .Mix well n then give the seasoning
