Maddi Talasani with Ambado/ Colocasia Tuber Spicy Stir fry adding Sour Hog Plum)
- Maddi /Colocasia Tuber -1/4 th kg
- Sour Hog Plums ... 3
- Oil ... 1 tblsp
- Garlic Flakes - 8 to 12
- Red chilly Powder.. 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Remove the skin of the Colocasia Tuber n chop them to elongated 2 inch pieces n wash it.
Crush the garlic flakes .
In a kadai add oil , then add crushed garlic n saute till reddish brown ( dont burn it ) . Add red chilly powder , chopped Colocasia Tuber then add the sour hog plums, ..add water , salt ..cover n cook till soft on Sim flame ... check n turn in between so that it wont get burnt .
