Vendhaya / Fenugreek Seeds / Methi Seeds Dosa
- Dosa Rice – 2 cups
- Fenugreek seeds / Methi seeds – 1/4 th cup
- Urad dhal – 1/4 th cup
- Thur dhal – 1 tsp

Method
Wash and soak the dosa rice for 3-4 hrs.
Wash and soak urad dhal, thur dhal and methi seeds together for 3-4 hrs.
Add urad dhal, thur dhal and methi seeds n grind together for 10 mts n then add soaked rice n grind to a smooth batter . Remove the batter,add salt n ferment it overnight.

Heat a dosa tawa n pour a laddle full of batter , Spread it in circular motion. Drizzle oil around it. Let it cook by closing it with lid. then flip over n cook on other side .
