Mixed Vegetable Burger
- Burger Bun ..2
- Butter ..2 tsp
- Lettuce Leaves... 4
- Mayonnaise Sauce .. 1 tblsp
- Tomato Slices ...few
- Cucumber slices .. few
- Onion ..few
- Cheese Slice ..2
- Milk – 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup
- Corn flour – 3 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- White Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1/4 th tsp
- Pepper powder – 1/4 th tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Take mustard seeds and powder it coarsely, either by rolling pin or crushing it.. keep aside.

In a bowl add cornflour n add 1/2 cup of milk n mix well without forming any lump .
Add another 1/2 cup milk in a vessel n boil it . Now add the corn flour milk mixture n keep stirring till it thickens on sim flame .Cool it completely and blend it to a smooth paste .Add this blend paste to a bowl, add pepper powder,mustard powder,sugar,salt, olive oil , vinegar n mix it well till its creamy.
Store in airtight container and refrigerate it.
Vegetable Pattice
- Potatoes – 2 medium
- Mixed Vegetables – 2 cups together ( Green peas, carrots, Beans )
- Onion – 1 medium
- Ginger ..1/2 inch piece
- Garlic Fakes - 4 to 6
- Green Chillies – 2
- Coriander leaves – few
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Red Chilly Powder – 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder ..1/4 th tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Maida - 2 tblsp
- Water -1 /2 cup
- Bread Crumbs – about 1 cup
- Oil – for shallow frying
Method
Pressure cook the potatoes and drain the water immediately to prevent the potatoes from absorbing lot of water. Peel and mash it well n keep aside.
. Wash n finely chop the vegetables like carrots n beans
Chop the onion n green chilly finely
Peel the skin of ginger n garlic flakes n crush it to a fine paste .
. Boil the chopped vegetables till soft . Drain the water completely n put in a colander so that no moisture retains ..smash it with backside of the spoon
Add oil in a pan and saute the finely chopped onion , finely crushed ginger garlic paste for few minutes as to remove the rawness .
Make a very thin batter with the maida and water.
Spread the breadcrumbs also in a plate to coat the cutlets before frying
In a bowl add boiled well smashed potatoes, vegetables ,sauteed mixture , finely chopped green chilly , coriander leaves , all the powders , salt n lime juice ..mix well n form into round shaped pattice .
Heat a tawa, drizzle oil .. dip the pattice in maida batter , run over bread crumbs evenly n place these pattice side by side ..cook on both sides till crisp .

Slice the burger bun ,apply butter n Slightly toast the bun.Apply mayonnaise sauce generously to the toasted bun n place the pattice, then place Onion, cucumber , tomato slice , then cheese slice n Lettuce leaf ,spread mayonnaise sauce to another half of the bun n place this on top .
Serve with tomato ketchup
